As a Medical/Dental Health Care provider we have been following guidelines issued by the Government and The Department of Health closely. In view of the current guidance and for the health and safety of our patients, employees and our community, we have taken the decision to see EMERGENCY PATIENTS ONLY.

If your brace is broken and it is causing you pain, firstly, please refer to our website www.octagonorthodontics.com and type HANDLING EMERGENCIES into the search bar or click on the link below for advice on how to resolve brace problems at home:

Please note, if your brace is broken and is not causing you any pain, you do not need to contact us.

If you cannot resolve the pain from your broken brace at home you must email us at enquiries@octagonorthodontics.com. We will contact you to confirm a date and time for your appointment. PLEASE DO NOT JUST TURN UP AT THE SURGERY.

We are in the process of contacting patients with a scheduled appointment to ask them not to attend the clinic. We will not reschedule these appointments until we receive further information from the Government and The Department of Health so please wait for us to contact you again to rebook your appointment.
